Glad they are back open! Fantastic cider options on tap. Sadly no beer on tap but they do at least offer cans/bottles of a few select beers. Didn’t have food this time but all the food coming out of the kitchen looked delicious! Will be back!!!
Delicious food, drinks and vibe. Loved the corndogs and cider slushie! Sooo good! My husband loved they had beer options in their cooler and they had good2grow juices for kids. We will be back!
The customer service at Schilling pdx was top tier. This was my first time at a cider house so I wasn't familiar with the process but the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The vibe and atmosphere was very welcoming and fun as well. I had one of their slushies that had a mai tai vibe to it, delicious and perfect consistency. Also, my daughter and I both had corn dogs and we loved them. The corn dogs were cooked perfectly (I hate an undercooked corn dog) and you could tell the ingredients were quality. I had no complaints and I'm looking forward to going back and trying the rest of the menu and have my first flight. 10/10 would recommend
Amazing spot for cider and gluten-free food. Huge list of ciders from all over. The Schilling Anniversary Pommeau is excellent. Kitchen is all GF so it is safe to eat and drink anything on the menu if you have gluten issues. I haven't had a corn dog in a long while so it was definitely a treat to eat. Hush puppies were even better and super fresh. It is mostly bar-type food, but being that I usually have to avoid that kind of food, it was nice to be able to enjoy the selection without worry. Patio has some great views of the city. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The biggest drawback for families is that this is 21 only. Not a drawback if you don't want to be around kids though! The new location is AWESOME! Make a point to go here! The cider selection is the best in the city. The food is elevated and it’s all gluten free! The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable! I will be visiting and eating here often! So stoked Schilling Cider House is back in Portland!
Phenomenal selection of ciders and the cider cocktails are unique and delicious! The food is a gluten free gals dream (although to you wouldn’t know it was gf). I especially loved the fried chickpeas and classic corn dog. Great vibes all around!
For GREAT gluten free food options that you just can't find anywhere and a very wide range of fun hard cider choices, stop by this restaurant!! Great corn dogs, grilled cheese, chicken tenders, all gluten free, and sample trays of six kinds of cidar. I caught happy hour during the day. The prices are more than fair and you will not leave disappointed! A top ten recommendation!!! They also have trivia night and drag bingo night!
